What will canyoneering be like?

Canyoneering is the technical descent of narrow gorges using a system rappels.

We will begin with a short hike to the edge of the first waterfall. Once we reach the falls our instructors will set up the anchor system, and give us thorough canyoneering instruction.  We will rappel down five cascading waterfalls, dropping 1500 feet over less than two miles.
