Yoga and Hiking Retreat

Rejuvenate yourself in this weekend retreat in Upstate New york. Set in a restored country house, you will spend the weekend with like-minded people relaxing, practicing yoga and hiking in the beautiful countryside. Now is the time to de-stress from the city and be centered before the holidays. We will practice yoga (Iyengar and Ashtanga based), restorative yoga, meditation and a silent meditative hike in the country. Yoga first thing in the morning and then share a vegetarian meal prepared by a local chef, giving thanks before we eat with plenty of free time for you to do whatever your country heart desires!
